There's another thing low revenue teams will hate. Rich teams can buy themselves out of their mistakes, while poor teams can't.

Well, in this case, the low revenue teams are likely not in a position where they will need to cut salary to get under a lower cap. The lower cap ceiling helps low budget teams, so I doubt they'd be complaining. They'd already be getting most of what they wanted.

That's where the ability to move cash/cap in a trade could come in handy.

Good luck getting that changed. Seems like the teams want everything and have little to offer the players.
