Unfortunately me and AD can't be neighbors. As a minority he must live in the north half of the city, but since he'll be one with money he at least gets to live in the NW.

Privileged white people like myself don't go up there except on unavoidable occasions.

I know that Calgary's "downtown" is a bit on the small side, but thems the rules. I have to be a maximum of 1500 meters from the Fairmont Palliser.

AD is moving to Stampede Nation? Wonderful. Does he know about Okotoks and Hoodoos? Has he ever raced his Camaro through the foothills, rolling cross a land resembling hundreds of bowling balls covered by a blanket of yellow turf? Does he know of the Folk Fest on Prince's Island? How about The Roasterie? I think he is in for a big surprise quite frankly. #pengrowth

U.S. versus Canada averaged 3.9 million viewers for NBCSN. "Highest-rated hockey game in NBCSN history."

4 million out of hundreds of millions. America does not give two fucks about hockey. It sucks for the fans.

From a useful poster, unlike myself.

Vancouver was in a prime tv window (Sunday at 3-4) and the gold medal game (which is a bigger draw than semifinal). This game was midday on a work day. About 2 million people streamed the game as well meaning viewership was around 5 million

So as we all know the only sports that matter are curling and hockey, so the official medal count is:

1. Canada 4G
2. Who gives a fuck: Bow down before your benevolent overlords and bask in our humble magnificence.

Upon reflection of the cross-country results, I have determined that it is ridiculously impossible for Russia to sweep that event, so they were all probably doping. Urine samples will be mysteriously "lost".
