The NHL needs to learn a thing or two about these short intermission/commercial breaks. Barely have time to grab a drink, the way it should be.

In other news, the Teemu missed shots count is at 5.

Martin and for that matter, Orpik, being there is a joke to begin with.

I've seen Martin play mostly his whole career and Andy Greene is twice the defenseman he is.

With the success so far, I can't really complain though but Shero and Bylsma had to take those two.

If I want to go all Alex Jones, I wouldn't be surprised if it was to try and raise their trade value.

Because he's used to playing with Hjalmarsson. Sweden doesn't see the need to mix their 7th dman into their pairings. The coach feels more confident in Edler than OEL and the other two pairings play together regularly.

Better yet..Tallinder.

And why isn't Hedman there?

G - 11
A - 26
Pts -37 +/- 8

He's finally blossoming into a beast.

Tis true, but just saying we've played more games and scored more goals is meaning less. If we played more games and have a higher PPG. That's far more relevant stat as to who is better on paper.

A lot less sexier than numbers in the THOUSANDS.

And shows that it's a far bit closer than the TSN wants to project.
