Thomas Malthus wrote:The world can be a cruel and unforgiving place. Shit's messed up: Ebola, Russia, ISIS, Jeb Bush potentially running for President, the list goes on.

I thought it would be nice to have our very own "happy place" that we can go when the world is bumming us out.

I'd like to kick this off with an underdog story: http://www.macleans.ca/education/university/field-of-dreams-one-students-story-of-survival-against-all-odds/

Enjoy, folks.

This story is better -albeit i didn't really read yours.

My knees aren't really throbbing today. Just mildly sore. I carved a jack o lantern. Didn't go after a family member while I had the knife out.

A good day

My 1 and a half year old popped a 2 year old that stole a toy from him today. The kid cried and ran to his mommy.
