Looking at the schedule and stuff, there is a real possibility that the Leafs fail to make the playoffs. How funny would that be?

We need to lose to Tampa tomorrow.

Sit Markov and Price.
Dwight King, 25 minutes of ice time.
Call up Fucale.

I don't typically trust so-called "high IQ" players that are so often used in exploitative situations to varying degrees of overall success, but I think he is probably one of the exceptions. If Bergevin was in on him and didn't try to up the price I would be a little disappointed. Even if he's best suited at wing, his game is far more suited to centre than Galchenyuk's ever will.

From the Caps perspective they get the ~32nd and ~63rd picks in what is said to be a good draft while keeping Johansson somewhere he won't be able to really bother them for years.
Also, let's keep this thread about Galchenyuk's on-ice performance, development and value and NOT bring in his personal life or race.

A scout with the Toronto Maple Leafs was arrested over the weekend after deputies say he got drunk, stole a golf cart at Darien Lake, hit another vehicle and left the scene of the accident, according to the Genesee County Sheriff's Office.

The chain of events took place at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien Center. Deputies say Lindsay I. Hofford, 53, of Nobleton, Ont., took the cart at about 11:40 p.m. Saturday.

If he plays 39 or less habs send a 2nd to TB and TB sends a 6th to the habs. If he plays 40 or more, picks are cancelled

OOOH yeah life goes on, long after the thrill of Vinny is gone

It's too bad all the people that could really run the Habs are busy doing talk radio, writing blogs or posting on message boards.

Now, Lajoie is an imbecile, a cretin and a plagiarist, who to use author Dany Laferrière's deliciously withering expression, "lives beyond his intellectual means."

The picks are cancelled. We don't have to give them a second. They don't give us a 6th.

If he plays 39 or less, they get our 2nd, we get their 6th.

Vegas sent everyone down who didn't have to clear waivers. All their draft picks went to junior, theodore went to the AHL too.

They also put everyone who had a hangnail or paper cut on IR.

they have too many players and need to offload some in trade. They are carrying

11 fwd + 3 IR fwd
9 D + 1 IR D
3 goalies

Look for the Befanas in vegas artie. They are gonna make moves and then start calling up Ship, Theo, and activating James neal off IR, soon.
