Less sugar. More exercise.

And I gave some to Mac.

Need to give another 4-5lbs of fat and take 2-3lbs of muscle from him and that should pretty much be it. My objective was to be an underwear model by June and I missed it somewhat.

That's kind of mean to Mac though.

If you're very downtown, I like Dominion Square Tavern for classic upscaly pub.

I also like Habanera for Cuban food but that's not a pub.

Took note of both, but yeah likely DST. Walking distance, I like.

Balsam Inn (same owner and right next door to DST) has good food and drinks if the Tavern is full or something.

Surprised you don't know it McPhee. In a previous version of its existence, it was one of the first gay bars in Montreal (from 1971 to 1988).

Didn't know that. In my teen years, if you wanted to use 'gay' to disparage, it was 'hey, going to the Peel Pub Friday night ?'. Then it became Stanley st. When did the Village become a thing ? 90's ?

Peel pub was gay? It wasn’t in my heyday in the late 90s when I was a regular. Sure, there was always plenty of good looking and pleasant male companionship, but..

It was known as the west village, but too many police raids and arrestations lead to the rise of east village to become the safe heaven for lgbtq in the mid-80'.

It was also targeted for sanitary reasons in the late 90' kitchen was a dirty mess with rats, also they were cutting the beer with water. It was a big news story at the time.

That carried on until at least the mid 2000s. The one in Kingston got shut down for reserving beer sometime around 2004-5.

OOOH yeah life goes on, long after the thrill of Vinny is gone

It's too bad all the people that could really run the Habs are busy doing talk radio, writing blogs or posting on message boards.

Now, Lajoie is an imbecile, a cretin and a plagiarist, who to use author Dany Laferrière's deliciously withering expression, "lives beyond his intellectual means."

If you add weights to your routine, you will lose more weight, but most importantly body fat. Cardio + strength will give you optimal results.. and you don't need a gym membership. Push ups are magic... you'll suffer 1 week and then you won't be able to skip a day, it just a wonderful exercise. Push up handles cost pennies and let your wrists stay safe while providing full extension like a bench press. Buy a couple of dumbbells.. start with shoulder exercises... they don't hurt like biceps or triceps workouts, yet work the whole upper muscle group. You want to target large muscle groups because they use the most energy. Squats are gold but most people have knee issues.

You want to target large muscle groups because they use the most energy. Squats are gold but most people have knee issues.
