I knew a black asian dude in high school. I think he was from Laos.

Never talked to him, I used to hang out with a polish, a porto, couple arabs and the haitian crew.

Didn't he lose his ability to speak? Considering he's illeterate and probably to old to learn how to read and write or learn sign language it's kind of sad.

Guys, just keep everything in perspective. The Devils have been complete horseshit since the end of the 2012 SC finals through about 2 weeks ago and we can still turn back into a pumpkin very easily. See, it doesn't take long to completely turn a franchise around.

I agree but I'm having so much fun now. The defense on the Devils and prospects in the system aren't close to enough. We need more. Give us Mete for Lovejoy please.

The Devils in their prime were modeled after the Habs... Lou, Larry and Jacques admitted as much.

Also our franchise only accepts Stanley Cup wins as milestones, not participation trophies :colbert:

Although, as far as participation trophies, at least two of the three should have been championships.

Even in 2012 the Devils were hot garbage. They cobbled it together, but that team was old and deeply flawed. They should have sold and tanked that year, it would have saved them a couple of years of bottom feeder suffering.

Well Kalchuk and Parise in their prime, not sure it would have make sense to sell.

Also, let's keep this thread about Galchenyuk's on-ice performance, development and value and NOT bring in his personal life or race.

"Quick little update on #MTL. Heard they were talking with #Canucks about Galchenyuk trade. Trying to figure out more."

OOOH yeah life goes on, long after the thrill of Vinny is gone

It's too bad all the people that could really run the Habs are busy doing talk radio, writing blogs or posting on message boards.

Now, Lajoie is an imbecile, a cretin and a plagiarist, who to use author Dany Laferrière's deliciously withering expression, "lives beyond his intellectual means."

...as serious as a poutine shortage in Chicoutimi during a curling bonspiel...
