It's too bad all the people that could really run the Habs are busy doing talk radio, writing blogs or posting on message boards.

Along with former #Habs (now Vegas) scout Vaughn Karpan.

Everyone scouting everyone right now. But STL a rumoured landing spot for Pacioretty, and PIT for Plekanec.

With our luck Fabbri won't play a single more game in his life if he is traded here.

MB wants a roster player back, probably more so than a prospect that may take 2 years to be a regular

Id rather have a prospect with top line upside than some roster player on the third line.

Kyrou may be closer than that but he's more of a winger, though who knows if they'd deal him.

and if they do, they will not include other significant assets

My read on Thomas is that he's really sound, does everything well, works hard to improve if I remember something Ferraro said, maybe not as offensively dynamic as you'd like. Sounds a bit like Poeling.

I think he has more offensive upside.

Kinda like Yakupov and Galchenyuk had more offensive upside over Forsberg in their draft year

Stealth possibility for Max Pacioretty: Florida. Would be interesting. The Panthers have a lot of talent, with Henrik Borgstrom ready for prime time after this season at NCAA Denver.

It's too bad all the people that could really run the Habs are busy doing talk radio, writing blogs or posting on message boards.
