Bad news, everyone. Due to a situation in net, I've had to drop star Center, S. Monahon. That's right. He is on the waiver wire as I type these very beautiful letters. Please be sure to pick him up so that Hair Doktor does not snag him and defeat me.

I dropped Ryan Mcdonagh by mistake (meant to drop another player, was doing it on my phone).

Would you all be so kind as to not pick him up and let me reclaim him?

Thank you.

This reminds me of the Season Three finale of CBC's Heartland, in which some rustlers from Vulcan, Alberta stole a prize horse from the ranch and sold it to the Chinese government who used it as the meaty centrepiece of a lavish menu at Nexen's year-end dividend extravaganza (Guest starring Preston Manning as Xi Jiping).

Quick eyeball calculation, Chicpea's bottom is 83. Doc's ceiling is 84. My ceiling is 76. (But I would eat into Doc).

This is going to be a nailbiter.

In yahoo, there is no obligation to move a guy off the IR. Thus isn't the BKL.

Very interesting strategy I see rolling out before me here. I believe Machievelli called this, "La rondo di wagoni" only in this case di wagoni are Artie himself.

The enforcement is that yahoo will not let you make another roster move if you have a guy on IR who shouldn't be.

You can't pick up anyone off waivers, make a trade, etc... until you solve that issue.

BREAKING - Mike Smith is no longer on IR
:mkbét::lr: :lr:

OOOH yeah life goes on, long after the thrill of Vinny is gone

It's too bad all the people that could really run the Habs are busy doing talk radio, writing blogs or posting on message boards.

Now, Lajoie is an imbecile, a cretin and a plagiarist, who to use author Dany Laferrière's deliciously withering expression, "lives beyond his intellectual means."

...as serious as a poutine shortage in Chicoutimi during a curling bonspiel...

Haddock wrote:I wouldn't know anything about that. I gave my soul up when I swore allegiance to the goddamn queen.
