OOOH yeah life goes on, long after the thrill of Vinny is gone

It's too bad all the people that could really run the Habs are busy doing talk radio, writing blogs or posting on message boards.

Now, Lajoie is an imbecile, a cretin and a plagiarist, who to use author Dany Laferrière's deliciously withering expression, "lives beyond his intellectual means."

Careful how you handle this one. If Eggenberger sticks, then it'll be ruined.

McDavid, Eichel, Marner, Werenski, Provorov all look great.

plus Hanifin, Strome the jury is still out.

No I don't think that next year will be better than that.

I wasn't comparing it to 2015, I was trying to make the parallel with this year.

That's what I thought, Dahlin is touted as the swedish Bobby Orr, and I'm a seeing a lot of forwards with impressive rookie/sophomore years in junior.

I've just watched the highlights, but I've rarely seen a D as dynamic as Dahlin, and he's playing against men. I'm gonna watch myself some Frolunda this year.

Cantin is really saying that after the first half of the first round it's completely random so they should draft Quebecers. He litteraly said that.

I think the Habs had beyond horrible drafts from 2008 to 2011. Under Bergevin it's been pretty good.

2012
Galchenyuk
Hudon

2013
Mike Mike
Jacques la couleuvre
Lehkonen
Gettho
Reway

2014
Scherbak
Lernout
Evans

2015
Juulsen
Bourque
Addison

2016
Sergachev
Bitten
Mete

That's better than they make it sound.

I saw the headline, facepalmed, and proceeded to avoid reading the thing.

Those articles are just as bad as all those "when you look this video, you will not believe etc etc" click-baits. White noise. Not worth wasting our time.

And he ended his bit by saying the Nordiques will draft more french players.

Leroux ended the segment by saying that millenials don't really care, they just want good players.

In the end nobody's getting what they want when it comes to the Habs.

Xavier Bouchard, Allan McShane, there are some good clean names in here.

EDIT: Jack McBain Image
Also, let's keep this thread about Galchenyuk's on-ice performance, development and value and NOT bring in his personal life or race.

Jack McBain is a disgraced (and disgruntled) ex cop in a c level film noir about a self destructive detective out for justice and revenge in 1970's Chicago.

Not a hockey player.
