Wish the playoffs would start right now. Nice bracket for the Raps.

Fuck, with the way the Cavs have dogged it this year I just want them taken down. I don't care who it is, just fuck that team and city to hell.

Celtics have looked like dogshit so far. Isaiah was awful last night, hogged the ball and put up brick after brick. Looks like the Raptors could avoid Cleveland in the 2nd round after all.

One good argument I heard on Barkley's behalf (and this really highlights how bad at his job he is that random people need to justify and properly explain his sentiments) is the NBA, Celtics, etc. marketing Isaiah's grief.

I think the biggest factor to the Bulls being ahead is Rajon Rondo is giving a shit.

They don't re-seed in the NBA, so the Raps would get Cleveland no matter what. : (

cleveland can barely beat the Pacers. The Bucks though, they're gonna be a top team for years. They don't even have Jabbari. Most of their guys can make threes and are 7 feet tall. Even Maker can make em, I had no idea. I was stunned.

Apparently a big part of their lanky dude's development has been Kevin Garnett. He's been working with them as a special assistant and they've been taking everything he says to heart. If there's a path to the Finals for the Raptors, it's this year. Every single team in the East looks vulnerable. No matter who comes out of the West is, most likely, going to slaughter the Eastern representative. That's what was said last year as well, though.

This is depressing. You have the Leafs who come in and make the playoffs look easy. Then you've got the Raptors who can't do a damn thing any year.

If they lose this series, Casey is gone, Lowry is gone. They have good young pieces in Poetl, Siakam, Delon, Norm. Keep Ibaka and Tucker, let DeRozan do his thing. If only Masai could have acquired Antetokounmpo in the 13 draft.

The saddest thing about this Raptors team is that this is the best they will ever be with this core. Barring insane lottery luck in multiple years this organization isn't going to contend, the NBA is fucked.

Garbage. Middleton was a 39th overall pick, Antetokounmpo is a 15th overall pick, Maker is the 10th overall pick, Hawes is a 10th overall pick, Brogdon is the 36th overall pick.

Parker is the only guy they have that was the 2nd overall pick in the Wiggins draft and he's not even playing right now. Those other guys are demolishing the Raptors, and they could be one of the best teams in the NBA in two or three years, if not sooner.

They're probably an outlier, but it can be done, and the Raptors have done fairly well with later picks lately, so not all hope is lost.

CLE is barely getting by an inferior IND team. They could just as easily be down 3-0 in the series. Like I said, Bucks probably aren't there right now, but in a few years, I can see them being kings of the East. I also don't think our re-tool will be too dire, like I said, we're hitting on picks.

I'd also like to see Bebe's length get introduced in this series. Not sure why we've relegated him to a pine nut.

Anyway, is there anyone who thinks if we lose this series Casey should be fired and Stackhouse should be hired?

Agreed. He's basically what DeMarre was advertised as with extra snarl. Regardless how the rest of the playoffs go, he's one guy that would fit no matter what team the put together for next season.

Agreed, no matter what the team looks like, it should include PJ Tucker. He's like Robert Horry where he's just the best glue guy a team could ask for,
