The 'Tors really turned it on and started making more shots than the Magic, which, in turn, led them to eventually take the lead. Looks like a good, hardworking bunch, these 2015 Toronto Raps.

I personally like it better when Honus does it, no obnoxious Messier gifs after every game.

Bulls in town tonight. Gameplan: Lowry headfakes on first lay, Rose breaks both ankles and tears knee ligaments. Raptors win.

I feel bad for laughing at this, cause I actually really like Rose and genuinely feel sad for the guy. Young guy with great talent but injuries impede him from playing out to his full potential.

Solid start on the boards for JV. He's in tough against Noah and Gasol, but he's holding his own so far.

Derozan passes Bargnani for 3rd all-time in Raptors scoring. Bargnani was 3rd all time, which pretty much sums up the last 20 years.

I love him too, but that fuckin' shot percentage. 2/8 tonight, 4/15 the last game. He's got to attack the rim when the jumper isn't working for him. But he doesn't.

Tonight's game is a bit of a reality check that this team still needs to do a few things before it can truly match up with the league's best. That being said, a 7-2 start is pretty damn satisfying no matter how you put it.

Demar going 3/16 is what killed them. Not having a worthwhile big is what killed them.

Chicago executed like a championship contender. That is why they won.

The raps were there to get a taste, now they have to make strides to continue to improve.

They have a 21 year old big, who is at times a force. Every single team in the league would want him.

Derozan shit the bed. He knows it too I'm sure.

The team feeds on adversity, I'm not mad they lost this one. Especially early in the season.

Oh absolutely. I'm not buggered by it at all. I actually thought they were going to lose it coming into the game. The first half was flawless for the most part. I don't know why Casey went away from what worked in the second half. Didn't help that big Val was boned on foul calls again. But I like where he's headed.

On a side note, we need to get better 3 point production from Lowry, Vasquez and Patterson. They are all shooting the three ball at a lower rate than last season.

It's also just game nine of the season. I'm sure it will go up. Hard to really find fault in a 7-2 team. I'm just glad that they're competitive as fuck.

Does it matter? 7-2? It can unravel in a hurry, but as long as it's still going well, I'm not going to get too bugged about their poor performances, which have been lackluster for sure.

I just want DeMar to stop taking long twos, however I feel he never will.

I'd do that probably. I would rather Millsap than Horford myself. But I think that's where we can upgrade. They've got to run more plays for Valanciunas as well. They don't pick and roll with him a lot.

He's weird and the NBA is prejudiced against weird.

I've only watched a few games this season but Ross has been terrible every time.
