Been the last 4 Canada weekends. Easily my favorite Ontario Park.
As greg said the walk-in sites are pretty awesome, but I have young kids, so car camping makes more sense for us. If you're staying on the mazinaw lake side, the fairway campsite is better located, the sawmill bay sites are good too but not as private and more hilly, Midway is radio free, has more brush between sites, but less larger trees and further walk from everything. I've never stayed on the sites west of the highway.
With kids I've done the guided boat tour which gave a pretty good history of the park, the former resort and the pictographs. If you plan to do the Cliff Top Trail, be sure to book the ferry in advance (at the gift shop), it does sell out on busy weekends.
The canoe/kayak rental place can also be a shitshow mid morning, go early.
