Not really. He was kinda crap after the first game of the WJC. He needs another year of seasoning. This is why I like the Kings. They're not afraid to do that.

Maybe? I figure Bruins, Flyers and Caps are all probably making the playoffs. Rags, Isles and Penguins duke it out for the last spot.

But it's gonna be a strange year, so anyone could surprise really. Injuries are gonna be so important this year with the condensed schedule, most teams outside the top handful are one key injury away from a disappointing year.

ya that's the case for everyone though, including them. Can't say the pens might lose crosby in your projection if you have, say the isle not lose a player.

Edmonton needs to replace Forsberg who was claimed by Carolina. Carolina may waive Forsberg again after Nedoklavich cleared today.

Winnipeg needs to replace Comrie. Apparently he was really happy in Winnipeg after returning from Detroit.

If you have a useful 13th forward I’d rather them in the lineup than a 6th D that adds nothing

I mean sure, but then what happens when someone gets hurt on the first shift? Its just super risky

I get playing short a forward since you have a ton of other guys to rotate in, but on D its much tougher to do consistently
