Whatever. It's a salary dump for next year. We get a fairly unproductive old veteran who can probably pot a few assists this year. PA was probably going to be jammed down on the third or fourth line, so not really much loss.

Bad trade though. Briere used to be the balls in the playoffs, but he's almost as old as I am now.
