I have a hard time believing that you live in Vancouver and can't find weed yourself.

Yeah, everybody knows that East Hastings is where you get drugs. That's how Cory Monteith died.

That's a common misconception. Cory Monteith bought all of his drugs on this very forum.

PAX. Second biggest video game convention in the world.

It's run by Penny-Arcade, so you're only allowed to go if "gamer" shows up on your resume somewhere.

That's a simple and inaccurate view but sure, why not.

Don't leave...please...I'm so alone.

I've been too lazy to go to PAX. I also don't really like people. Gaming, for me, is a pretty personal experience. Not entirely sure I'd get anything out of going.

Aren't you married now?

Regarding PAX, everyone who is there like games and a lot of them aren't necessarily that social either but connect over gaming itself. I had a few conversations with people about single player games and shared our experiences which was cool. There are definitely some socially awkward people there too. Being able to chat with the developers or, in the case of indie games, the lead designers themselves is really cool too.

I also got a bunch of awesome posters to put on my office wall

I get the impression that you might go there to prey on vulnerable, socially awkward gamers, bring them home, slash their ligaments, and make them perform Human QWOP.

I am. I was joking. I'm rarely alone.

I'm very social but something of a curmudgeon. Would love to chat with indie designers.

I used to read Penny Arcade, now I can barely tolerate them. Somebody tweeted the other day that "Penny Arcade has been a decade-long adventure into the life of two men as they courageously inch their way up their own asses", and that sounds about right.

I don't read penny arcade anymore. I go there for the convention, not because of the brand.

Gentlemen, will there be, as of tomorrow, a seperate salaciously-infused thread on the advent of the Akwa'lini trial tomorrow morning? Or will all the allegations and inyourendoes hurled in court be confined to this, Cao's OT thread?

Well, it might if you had been talking about some sort of new male taint wax technique.

I don't know what you're talking about but it'd be awesome if you just started a new thread for it. Need some activity around here.
