This is either the first time the Canucks [s]beat[/s] meet the Flames this season or nothing memorable happened the last time they met the Flames this season.

Berra nullifying the icing reminds me of that one time when Kevin Weekes was in net and the puck was coming down the ice, pretty close to Weekes' post, and instead of just hugging the post he decided to cover the puck with his glove. So the faceoff was in the Canucks' zone instead of the other team's. I think it was against the Hurricanes.

Weekes is not a smart man.

Albnerts got injured in his first shift and the other five D had to step up and cover his four minutes of ice time.

Eddie Lack is awesome.

Remember when Auld couldn't get one shutout over a whole season and people still thought he was good?

Do I ever!

I really like Eddie Lack. More than Schneider. That is not an educated opinion, though.

That was Lack's first NHL win as well. He's got Calgary's number, though that's not saying much.

He looks like the final cut in the auditions for One Direction.
