To prove that I'm not crazy, the normal neighbours beside us that are not attached to us asked to speak to our landlord today about the tenants downstairs that moved in last fall. I will cry tears of joy if they get booted the fuck out of here.

So our downstairs neighbours who our other neighbours suspect are dealing drugs have asked for the security cameras we put up (after having asked permission from the landlord who also asked them if they were okay with it) to no longer be up.

Not suspicious at all.

Yeah, everyone here is in the same boat. I love my place but a bit of a rent trap. I knew that 10 years ago but situation was just as bad then (almost).

Only viable solution is to take a more lucrative position, but I don't want to quit for money. Shitty situation but in the meantime, I am happy enough in my place. My neighbours are darlings. And so am I.

So this place two blocks down on my street is about to open. Heck of a building I must say. I am pretty sure that piano was custom made for the space. It's still sitting there today but the other day someone was playing as I walked home from work.

I have the opposite view of Phillips vs Braun. I used a Braun as a teen, and I had to decide between not shaving close enough or massive razor burn. I switch back to disposable razors rather quickly.

Later, as an adult, I decided to give Phillips a go, and I haven't looked back. Smooth shave. Gets close, but doesn't try rip my face apart.
