I remember being struck in awe at Muse's piano outro on "Neutron Star Collision" back in 2009, then I tried to look where that style of playing came from and I fell on Rachmaninoff's concerto. I tried to learn how to play like that, but it sounded like a fucking cluster fuck of notes being played by a 4 year old.

I knew Pitbol's downfall would be a hard one. My boi did so much with so little. But it's time to call it quits.

RIP.

Some great jams he could've easily retired after:

I wasn't familiar with his catalogue, caught the Kanye sample. So many orgasmic tidbits of music in those 70s soul records. I remember listening to this while half passed out drunk on a couch, my boy Ruff put this on and I almost cried. I wasn't even in love or in pain, it's just that this song made me emotional for some reason, maybe the alcohol... so much feeling in his interpretation.

Somewhere there's speaking
It's already coming in
Oh and it's rising at the back of your mind
You never could get it
Unless you were fed it
Now you're here and you don't know why

But under skinned knees and the skid marks
Past the places where you used to learn
You howl and listen
Listen and wait for the
Echoes of angels who won't return

He's everything you want
He's everything you need
He's everything inside of you
That you wish you could be
He says all the right things
At exactly the right time
But he means nothing to you
And you don't know why

You're waiting for someone
To put you together
You're waiting for someone to push you away
There's always another wound to discover
There's always something more you wish he'd say

He's everything you want
He's everything you need
He's everything inside of you
That you wish you could be
He says all the right things
At exactly the right time
But he means nothing to you
And you don't know why

But you'll just sit tight
And watch it unwind
It's only what you're asking for
And you'll be just fine
With all of your time
It's only what you're waiting for

Out of the island
Into the highway
Past the places where you might have turned
You never did notice
But you still hide away
The anger of angels who won't return

He's everything you want
He's everything you need
He's everything inside of you
That you wish you could be
He says all the right things
At exactly the right time
But he means nothing to you
And you don't know why

I am everything you want
I am everything you need
I am everything inside of you
That you wish you could be
I say all the right things
At exactly the right time
But I mean nothing to you and I don't know why
And I don't know why
Why...I don't know

The mobile version is worse than malaria if that's what you're using, you have to get the desktop app. Only restriction is ads every 4 or 5 songs.

Also, how's the move going?

Abdel is noizy and kinda slow in his mind. Alfonsina gave me home made cookies after calling 5 times on the 2nd of the month for the rent. Almost had a girl over to ramolir the brand new mattress but she's in a relationship and I was not drunk enough to shit on my values..

That sounds phenomenal.

Been working on a few collabs recently, just got my new guitar so I'm pretty pumped. My own project is on hold for a bit, I'm thinking about making a 15-track "Beat tape" because I have too many diverging ideas to make a 5-6 track EP.

The mom just got diagnosed with fibromyalgia, she's been a bit depressed lately because she can't do as much as she used to...She's always been youthful and plenty of energy, but her illnesses have pretty much changed her life.

My dad still hasn't gone to the doctor, so I might have to go and kick his arse soon enough. :awks:

Besides that, no future wife in sight. I've been thinking about this girl lately, it's a bit trickier because she's a celebrity, but I've known her since 3rd grade. I know she used to have a little something for me, and she's never been married or had a serious relationship. I've been remembering how she used to come watch me play baseball and we used to hold hands as kids and how maybe were meant to be together.

Y'know the usual sadboi stuff...

That fucking sucks. Good ole zénéké has it.. always seemed like a "we can't tell what's wrong so here's a random illness for you" type of thing... but I really don't know enough to comment. Heard CBD had some good results.. maybe an oil drop or two can help... I really don't know though.

Please do. It's one of my biggest regrets in life. The dad had gastric issues for years and was always too pussy to go to the doc. At some point it was evident that something was wrong, but I never insisted enough. When he finally went shit scared, they told him he had a late stage esophagus cancer. I mean, if it's something Alzheimer's related, there's no cure.. but there might be some slow down progression drugs, and maybe in a few years a cure comes over. The main thing right now is to minimize the impacts of his illness, and have him do his best to avoid getting worse. So, yeah, stretch your balls and pull the old mens to a doctor asap... it will also discharge you and your mom from useless guilt right now and down the road.

I know she used to have a little something for me, and she's never been married or had a serious relationship. I've been remembering how she used to come watch me play baseball and we used to hold hands as kids and how maybe were meant to be together.
