In the original cartoon, I agree. He was a klutz. In the first film, there was nothing even remotely funny about him nor were his scenes light-hearted. He tried to kill Splinter and The Turtles.

His entrance was amazing as well.

In fact, parents bitched so much which ruined it for the real fans. They thought it was way too dark.

My favorite clip, he's ruthless and goes himself because the Foot and Tatsu fucked up in the first meeting with the Turtles.

Ah the Rat..so it has a name...it HAD a name.

Some dummies are thinking Krang is hidden in Shredders armor in this. It's just armor.

Are real fans the seven year old boys who the movie was made for or the adult males nostalgically enamored with a 24 year old children's movie?

The first wasn't made for just kids. They followed the Mirage comics which are dark as fuck. Heads chopped off etc etc.

As for your second point, I think they are trying to balance both. Of course it's going to have it's lame scenes but I just want to see Shredder. He's my favorite villain.

I'm not even a fan of the turtles. I think they are stupid and wish Shredder was involved in a more darker film series.

A Christopher Nolan type of film.

International trailer released today.

This movie I've been waiting for a while. Tony Jaa is great and The Protector was a decent martial arts film. RZA is a terrible actor though.

It seems like he is going to drag this one down.

Amanda Seyfried is going to play the female lead in Ted 2, the Seth MacFarlane-directed sequel with Mark Wahlberg back as the centerpiece in the ongoing saga of a man and his foul-mouthed teddy bear. MacFarlane is still putting together the pieces for the Ted 2 sequel, but it looks like Mila Kunis will only appear in a tiny role, if at all, in the sequel. I’m told this has nothing to do with anything other than a creative decision that MacFarlane decided to take with the plotting of the sequel. He and Kunis remain close, I’m told, and she continues to provide the voice of Meg in MacFarlane’s Family Guy.

What the hell is Super/Ultra HD? I saw it on my Netflix the other day too. Something above 1080p? Is this new?

They titled it that to try and draw in more viewers like they have a leg up on the rest of YouTube/Netflix lol

At least, that's the only logical explanation I can think of.

Ultra HD is 2160p. The odds are very good you don't have a TV capable of displaying it, so you should stop caring about it right away.

It's the same deal as those stupidly expensive 4k TVs you see from time to time.

Sources tell Variety that while no deal is done yet, the “Girls” actor Adam Driver is close to signing on to play the villain in J.J. Abrams’ “Star Wars: Episode VII.” Exact details are unknown, but the character is said to be in the vein of iconic “Star Wars” villain Darth Vader.

DC is doing a decent job with TV shows for their characters, but most of their movies kinda suck in comparison to Marvel.
