Tom Misch is great mens, mixes modern jazz with hip hop, neo-soul and a tiny hint of electronica at times. At 22, definitely one of the most brilliant young musicians.

When you make fun of what you're playing while you're killing it, you know you've mastered the art.

holy shit I thought I was the only one who liked Now, Now. I've literally listened to Threads from start to finish 2,000 times. Cacie's voice is therapeutic. Sucks that Jess is no longer with them. School Friends and Thread is my shit.

I didn't know the band before listening to their latest album. I've been on a shoegaze/dream pop binge the past year or so. Heard their stuff on Spotify, seems like they went a bit poppier on the last album. But that Arizona song really stood out for me, really captures the cruising on the highway vibe.

Threads will always be their best work. Check it out.

They did an Audiotree live version with videos and a bunch of concerts with good quality.

I was eh on that Weezer cover of Africa but after about 40 listens, I love it. Drums are great like always with Weezer. Seeing them live in Jones Beach July 18th. I hope they cover Pumped Up Kicks there too.

I don't listen to Aldean but he did this cover after Vegas shooting on SNL. Love it.

Not feeling the distorted guitar on the Africa cover, too overpowering on the whole mix. And Weezer has always been a great reference for drums in the whole alternative pop rock thing, I'd say Paramore has them beat in that regard though. War on Drugs are coming to Montreal's jazz fest this summer in july, tempted to go, but I kinda find Adam's soloing annoying.

I can definitely agree with that. I am no Weezer mark by any means but when I like the song I like it. If I hate it, I move past it.

Yes sounds really good, I love their production, it's quite modern and up to date without being too cliché.

Just found out Yanni uploaded some of his legendary live at the Acropolis concert. So many masterpieces on this one. Dude looks like he's orgasming while playing, what a mens.

Not from the Acropolis concert but a favorite of mine

Edit: Fucking hell, officially on a Yanni binge

Ouais je comprends, c'est toujours plus difficile quand t'as aucun contact après. Ya une bonne vieille chanson mexicaine qui dit que l'habitude est plus forte que l'amour.
