I bought it, but the beta doesn't seem to work very well. I wanted to do a historical game. I started in 1992 with the Sens. I had a salary budget of $3.2mil, which I assume was valid for the time. And there was a leaguewide salary cap floor of $56mil. So it wouldn't let me play.

They already did it at the all-star break. If they follow their usual pattern then they won't do another 50% sale until late into the playoffs.
