Don't think any of them were 0-2 after two though. So, they're pretty much fucked. They need to win against Guelph (lol), hope Val d'Or fall to Guelph (possible) and Edmonton to beat Val d'Or (possible) to force a tie breaker against Val d'Or. Or have Edmonton fall to Val d'Or and beat Guelph. Basically they need to beat Guelph. Then, they've got to win against either Edmonton or Val d'Or, both who they lost to in the round robin and then play a semi the next day and then the final on Sunday.

Suffice to say. Not. Gonna. Happen.

It happened once before. Windsor did it in 2009 or 2010. Odds aren't good though.

Breaks my heart.

If Guelph is winning by a fair margin, look for several of the Knights to pull a lot of stupid shit. They may surprise, but I doubt it. They'll be getting booed out of their own building, and have never been gracious in a loss. I doubt they'll start now.

Windsor was actually a good team. These guys just don't look like they give a fuck. If it was 10, that's incredible because they were down 0-3 in the series against, well, you know. Selfishly, I hope they lose to Guelph and there's no tie-breaker game. I will be in Toronto on Thursday interviewing three broads from Team Canada.

I like to think Kitchener helped them gain a mindset that they could come back against anyone. :D

They came out hot, but Val D'Or can put a bunch of goals up on the board in a very short period of time.

It wasn't even a contest. The 6-3 score was flattering to the Foreurs.

Perhaps, but it didn't feel like a blowout game in the 3rd period. Nichols made a few very good saves.

I hope Guelph puts London out on Wednesday night. Knights fans deserve a quick ending to this shitshow. Even the most dedicated fans have given up, and that sucks so much for them.

Watching Guelph, they barely let Val d'Or set up. To be fair to the Foreurs though, they are absolutely spent and I don't think they were the best team in the Q.

That Val d'Or team has no business being in the Memorial Cup, let alone the finals.

They weren't the best team in the Q this year, but they had the best goalie in the Q playoffs. I'm glad it's those teams in the semis - Edmonton got screwed on an icing/non-icing call right before the tying goal on Tuesday.

They're all just playing for second place. Guelph is fast. Very fast. I'm glad there's no game today, I had to drive back to Toronto for work and wouldn't be able to make it back if there were a tiebreaker today.

From a friend of mine: "Word out of London is that the Hunters have told the players to go home and not attend the remainder of the Memorial Cup."

Sounds like there may have been some crap go down in the room after the game.

There's your model franchise, Mr. Branch. How do you like them now?

Like all fan bases, there are idiot fans. I was talking to some London fans and to say the least, they aren't too happy with Max Domi and his attitude and individualism.

I think the bigger problem is that there are several Domi-type players in that room. They played all year for the names on the back, so a meltdown when it counted isn't that big a surprise.

Smith sucked, Domi sucked, Horvat sucked, Zadorov sucked, Tierney sucked, Stolarz sucked. Only Marner, Mermis, Welychka, Anderson and the Ruperts were noticeable.
