NH11 is following the Marian Hossa path to success. Upset losses two years in a row, finishing 2nd... followed by a rout victory.

My forwards are still elite, but defensively I have big question marks. With Vokoun being out I feel better about MAF, but Cam Ward is always a wild card.

I'm guessing that's why you drafted seven defensemen. Four of them are bound to stick, right?

We'll see, but they got unlucky with the draft room continually kicking them out. If Vis or Phaneuf goes down that defense looks Team Eirenucks bad.

Early in the season, but happy to be tied for the lead in points (goals and assists, not roto). Shows my youngsters can produce. Now I just need the +/-, goaltending (looking at you, Dubnyk), and consistency to compete.

A lot of that will come from the teams I am heavy on (Col, Edm) being consistently solid teams year-to-year

Too bad only one of those teams is capable of doing that.

I was way off on Donor and Rodriguez, but everything else isn't half bad.

I shit the bed this year.

In my defence, I kind of gave up once it was clear my goalies were going to kill me.
