The way I see it, if he shows he's not a total shit head the next two years you can extend him then. Gives the org more than a year to reassess him and Galch an opportunity to bank big time if he gets his shit together. Either way, Galch wasn't going to sign for 5 or more at that rate.

I blame French people for most things. The enlightenment leading to the slaughter of their royalty. The help of the American puritans against the British. The colonisation of Haiti, Viet-Nam, North-Africa. Huge groups of people smoking outside in front of Plateau and Mile-End bars.

Fuck the French.

Yes.

It's Petry and the great cast of
Shea "Moves like Michael J Fox" Weber
Karl "Can you open this for me, honey?" Alzner
David "Please keep me for more than a season" Schlemko
Jordie "I'm a pumpkin again" Benn

What a team of puck movers!

The reason the Habs are continuously underrated at the start of any season is because experts know any injury to Price, means a tumble in the standings for the Habs. Also it's obvious in these rankings that goal scoring is more valuable then goaltending as you can predict goals, you can't really predict goaltending.

The Habs top6 is a discussion I gravitate towards. Through my research on this team, it is always the main detractor in the Habs success.

Eller, Galchenyuk, Subban, Gallagher, Leblanc, Tinordi, McCarron, etc, not a single young player has been handled in a satisfactory manner. For example, Gallagher was made to take the punishing role of screening the goalie om several years of Habs' power plays, even though he's a small player.

I look forward to a new era, where these morons have less control, and young players are given permission to properly develop.
