Bikor had to take the account over today after his former employee posted that my Blackhawks of Chicago scratched Campbell "at times" this year, which infers that Campbell would not have played 84 of a possible 86 games this season. Image
Also, let's keep this thread about Galchenyuk's on-ice performance, development and value and NOT bring in his personal life or race.

We aren't doing any rumors or sourcing. We are trying to run legit.

The only rumors we do is this.... (a round up of what people like McKenzie, Friedman, and other beat writers are saying).

http://:poop:.com/2017/06/27/ ... r-radulov/

we aren't claiming our own sources or anything like that.

Max has a shit one timer, but pretending that all there is to playmaking is one timing the puck, that's retarded.

But it doesn't matter. The fact remains that Bergevin is the one who insisted on a 1-year deal, and he shouldn't have. Now personally, I wanted Bergevin to commit for even longer. Not because I had that much faith in Radulov, but because I needed him to sell me the idea that HE did, after trading Subban. I needed our GM to take a stand, and make decisive moves...he didn't.

But, I understand why Bergevin wanted to play it safe with Radulov. That being said, 2 years was the minimum, considering the weak UFA crop ahead...even if Radulov had floped, and had a 2-year deal...who would we be missing out on ? We knew Marchand would re-sign in Boston, and Oshie doesn't want to play in Canada. Those were the only two noteworthy forwards eligible for free agency.

Habs had very little to gain by signing him to a 1-year deal, and a lot to lose. Worst case scenario, Radulov flops, you expose him at the ED hoping McPhee bites, pay a little something if you're THAT desperate to get rid of his now expiring contract...but then again, you're saving $5.75m...for what ? What do you need that $5.75m for ? There's nothing, and we knew there wouldn't be anything last summer, when we signed him.

This wasn't a safe move...it was a dumb move, plain and simple.

Hardly an act of self-restraint right there. You apparently possess unique powers to moderate your emotions but the regular posters here, don't. How high is that pedestal you've built for yourself? So easy to be a drive-by shooter and then go back to being a recluse.

Try posting everyday and you'll soon realize it's a different dynamic. You'll make mistakes, you might get baited, you may write things that you will regret later. You won't feel as immune as you do now. So please don't grace us with your dubious life lessons until you've actually known what it's like to be a regular poster rather than mostly a behind-the-scenes observer.

He's wrong, you just have to find your niche, like dong is the guardian of knowledge, Artie is an algorithm, Mac is christening the players, Beaks is making us enjoy our friends and family more, Dog is in charge of the experimental metaphysics chair, AD is all of us, etc.

The way I see it, if he shows he's not a total shit head the next two years you can extend him then. Gives the org more than a year to reassess him and Galch an opportunity to bank big time if he gets his shit together. Either way, Galch wasn't going to sign for 5 or more at that rate.

I dunno it's based on nothing other than their attitude towards people who disagree with them and their general distaste for the habs, but then again I think that's just an internet thing

WTK was here for a few months. And then went back to that..

That says something about him.

Or maybe it says something about us..

Anyway.. its something.

I blame French people for most things. The enlightenment leading to the slaughter of their royalty. The help of the American puritans against the British. The colonisation of Haiti, Viet-Nam, North-Africa. Huge groups of people smoking outside in front of Plateau and Mile-End bars.

Fuck the French.

Though I can't quite see the connection with Piké.

Edit: Was Cristobal Huet involved?
