Vegas sent everyone down who didn't have to clear waivers. All their draft picks went to junior, theodore went to the AHL too.

They also put everyone who had a hangnail or paper cut on IR.

they have too many players and need to offload some in trade. They are carrying

11 fwd + 3 IR fwd
9 D + 1 IR D
3 goalies

Look for the Befanas in vegas artie. They are gonna make moves and then start calling up Ship, Theo, and activating James neal off IR, soon.

What does that poor bastard have to do to play in the NHL?

Alright fellas, WTF is going on in Ottawa :donger:

I went to check Turris' stats, then Duchene's..then I came across this

Then Karlsson coming out with the "Here or somewhere else" special.

I heard comments after this and I think Turris is doing what players do, he's lying. Sounds like he asked for term, 7-8 years, the team, owner/GM, didn't want to go that far, so they deal him. He signs for 5, because he isn't a guy you go longer with, and cries that he wanted to stay but they didn't like him. He wouldn't have signed the deal that he eventually signed. You see guys do that now.

Much like Radulov saying the Habs never offered him the same contract than the Stars. Then changing his story afterward. It seems like they don't care anymore.

I wouldn't care if I was a player with a 6 years contract.

I don't buy that, there's no purpose in that other than being an ass. It's not like he outed everyone, he specifically said ownership. If he wasn't getting the deal he wanted, he would've just said he wanted to test the market in the summer, but he seemingly didn't do so or else the trade wouldn't have gone through. I think he got the deal he wanted in Nashville, and sens ownership didn't want him at that length/price.

As for Radulov, Bergevin clearly missed the boat. But that doesn't mean he would've signed here had he received both offers at the same time. I don't buy that there's a trend of players just lying for sympathy after signing multi-million dollar contracts.

Radulov did change his story. At first he said he didn't received an offer until after he signed, then Bergevin said he received the same offer two days prior to signing, then Radu wen't "I don't know, lol, ask my agent" as a real fucking piece of shit.

Either way, he agreed with Dallas before Montreal matched. Montreal had months to negociate, but Bergevin played hardball with his best fwd and lost, simple as that. If you really want a player, you give him the money.

Well technically Turris was traded for those three, who were packaged up with the other assets for Duchene. So in a way Duchene is right and you are wrong. German or not.

Thats only if you assume the Turris to nashville trade came first.

If the Colorado-Ottawa trade is done first, and then colorado flips turris to Nashville for the pieces, then he's right.

Its chicken or egg since it was a 3-way

It's too bad all the people that could really run the Habs are busy doing talk radio, writing blogs or posting on message boards.
