Yes. About a 3 minute drive (10-15 minute walk) from the venue we go for our romantic escapades.

Inspected probable new house today.

Apparently there's a drain at the lowest point. And it connects to city drain. So there's a water evacuation strategy. But with the ice and snow, I couldn't see it. But then with this much ice and snow, is the drain effective enough to evacuate almost 3 yards worth of water during spring rains? Or will water accumulate at certain spots on the sides of the foundation and damage?

Stay tuned.

Like a city storm sewer intake? If so you should be OK. I'd look at shoveling the thing out, or knowing where it is so you can clear it if necessary.

Weber or Napoleon grills?

Choose one for me. 3 burners. No side burner please.

Not a big budget. 800-1000

I wish I could help, but I ended up going with the keep your current grill until next year option. Now it is next year and I have to go through the process again.

Want mine? Depending on the new house, I might have a natural gas grill for sale. I'm sure I'll be heading to Kingston eventually, I could deliver.

Because I didn’t think you had natural gas.

So it seems like we both have natural gas weber grills, but mine is a genesis thingamajig and costs $200 more and I don’t remember the difference. Probably a little bigger.
