The Witcher 3 : La chasse sauvage
So since I've been doing some work with Ubisoft, I started playing video game again (after a 10 years pause). And I started with the Witcher 3. I think that's the better game I've ever played, it's just unbelievable. Even after 70 hours logged in I'm still amazed by the writing, the voice acting and the scope of the game.
Is there any other Witcher 3 players around these parts?

No but this sounds good. I youtubed the gameplay and it's nice to see another game with some horse riding in it. I've only done that with red dead.

I think this is next up on my list, as soon as I'm done trudging through the very disappointing Mass Effect: Andromeda. It's going to take me like a year to finish this though, as I only play like an hour a week.

Horizon Zero Dawn is $20 right now if anyone is interested in grabbing that. I just started it, and thus far it lives up to the hype.

Has anyone played God of War yet? I don't know anything about the old games, but this new one looks pretty great.
The new Spider Man game is out as well. Reviews seem mostly positive.

My kid loves Spider-Man. I don’t have GOW but I’ll get him that too for Christmas as it got great reviews.

That might be too much for him. In fact GoW might be too much. I haven’t watched any game play to see if a tween can handle it.

The first Red Dead didn't have any hookers in it like GTA. It was PG-14, I would say.

Good to know. I care about the sexual stuff in games as he’s way too young for that. I don’t care about the gore, he’s killing me already so the actual method he uses to finish me is irrelevant.

Re: The Witcher 3 : La chasse sauvage
Played some of the new Spider-Man game this week because I'm a man-child with some spending money. And it's good.
I didn't really like the opening action-sequence. A real chore, but once you get to the web-slinging and exploring the city it becomes quite fun and awe-inspiring.

Delighted to hear about all your grant money flowing in. : )
Also, let's keep this thread about Galchenyuk's on-ice performance, development and value and NOT bring in his personal life or race.
